Meet The Team
Cal Lewis is a native Northern Nevadan with a passion for making the home buying process as stress free as possible. He has a knack for turning clients into friends with a non-salesy approach to real estate. He strongly believes buying a home should be fun and exciting, not scary and stressful. Through his experience and fun-loving style, he can make it happen for you.
In the industry since 2012, Cal has had just about every job in this business you could have. From coffee grabber and document runner at a title company to Sales Manager at one of the top brokerages in town, he’s done it all.
His favorite part of the job is helping people achieve their real estate goals and build generational wealth.

Ben Florsheim was raised in North Lake Tahoe, then moved to Reno in his early 20's. Ben comes from a family background in homebuilding and has grown up in the industry. After graduating from the University of Nevada Reno, he obtained his real estate license in the state of Nevada as well as California and eventually went on to obtain his Broker's license in the state of Nevada in 2016.
Ben has been practicing real estate since 2012. When he obtained his real estate license he started working as a sales agent for a new home builder for several years. Ben then went on to represent buyers and sellers for several different well-known companies within the Reno Tahoe area. Currently, Ben is proud to be a part of The Lewis Group!
As stated, Ben grew up in North Lake Tahoe and grew up doing water sports and skiing. In his spare time, he wake surfs at Lake Tahoe, goes skiing up at mount rose, sits on the board of Bristlecone, and lifts weights. Anything he puts his mind to, he excels at.

Jaimie Saladis was raised in Northern Nevada, and believes in giving back to her community by partnering with nonprofits.
She is passionate about serving the team’s homebuyers, investors, sellers, and families before, during, and long after the sale.
